RiseKeeper Terms of Use

RiseKeeper is provided as a wake-up aid. You remain responsible for setting, enabling, and verifying alarms and for maintaining a backup alarm when missing an alarm could cause harm or loss. Alarm delivery depends on compatible Apple hardware, iOS, device power, system permissions, and settings.

RiseKeeper Pro is a lifetime, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. The price shown by Apple at the time of purchase applies and may vary by storefront. Existing owners retain lifetime access. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple’s applicable media-services terms. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiseKeeper is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
